Leadership
Ronald E. Jones, M.A., Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer Ron is a retired US Army Colonel; and has extensive, increasingly responsible hands-on leadership and management experience in directing, managing and coordinating various services, functions, and programs in large, complex organizations. Of particular significance is his stewardship of several US Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps contracts; Special Assistant to the President for Program Development and Execution and Vice President for Student Affairs/Student and Enrollment Services at Prairie View A & M University in Texas, where he was the senior executive administrator for enrollment, student affairs, and student advocacy; and the university’s chief of marketing, outreach and recruitment for student population groups; service with the Atlanta Committee for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games as Security Program Manager (Military Programs); and a host of military responsibilities in public service and safety, personnel programs management, education and training, organizational development and integration, operational and strategic analysis, and administrative management. Prior to retiring from military service, Ron served consecutively as Commander, 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne) and Provost Marshal, 18th Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, NC; and Command Provost Marshal, United States Army Forces Command, Fort
McPherson, GA. More recently, he has served as a Subject Matter Expert/Consultant with the First U.S. Army Battle Command Training Program; Senior Military Analyst/Consultant on a U.S. Army Focus Area Task Force, Stability and Reconstruction Operations; and Anti-terrorism/Force Protection Program Manager, U.S. Marine Corps Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, FL.

Douglas Kremer, M.S., Director of Corporate Programs, Business Development and Strategy. Mr. Kremer has a 24-year career in developing, executing and implementing a wide range of programs and activities for governmental agencies; specializing in youth services, transition support, workforce development, and community outreach.

Erika L. Robinson, B.S., SHRM, Corporate Operations Specialist, has considerable experience in office management, administration, human capital and talent management, resource management, youth services and programming. Ms. Robinson specific areas of focus include overall corporate operations support and services, human resources, payroll and benefits administration. and diversity oversight and management.

Eric B. Jones, MBA, Corporate Business Specialist, is a United States Navy veteran; and has considerable experience in finance and accounting, and administrative management information systems. His primary focus is contract administration and financial management, including financial management
information systems. He provides corporate oversight of assigned government property.
